UI functions:

  • ui-header(text)
  • ui-subheader(text)
  • ui-footer(text)

All take an optional argument; the distinction between header and subheader is fairly important. On many, many games, it was desired and needed that you could have a standard separator between chunks of data. Header is only on top, footer only on bottom.
